Missing, damaged or non-compliant accessible parking signage is the first thing litigants look for. If your signage isn't correct, there's a good chance there are more violations on your property. Making sure your parking signage is correct helps protect you from lawsuits.  It's always in your best interest to hire a CASp to provide a full inspection and protect your property.
